"I used this agency when Akia worked there. We had no issues. Then she left and it was seemingly taken over by people new in the industry. They are insufferable to work with, because they do not know what they are doing. I asked for them to point out the exclusions in a 20 page booklet they provided, and they said they can't do that. I asked for them to confirm information regarding the policy, and they simply kept pointing me to the 20 page booklet. What is the point of them being there if all they do is point you to the booklet? What is their job? They are extremely unhelpful, and make you pay for a month of the policy FIRST even if you are escrowed and it will be paid at closing. They will not allow you to just get a binder like literally every other State Farm office. If you want sub-par service and ridiculous rules regarding binding of policies, this agency is your place. Don't let the other reviews fool you, when Akia left, this place turned upside down. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. **UPDATE** Steve called me back to apologize for the level of service I received. He informed me his staff would be coached on how to handle these issues moving forward. The call was very much appreciated and I appreciate Steve's willingness to continue working with me. Unfortunately, I found another State Farm agent that exceeded my expectations by finding me the same policy for almost half the cost, and providing all of the information myself and the lender requested. I am thankful again for Steve reaching out and wish him and his office good luck in the future."
